The Michiganders for Money out of Politics (MMOP) proposal to ban monopoly utilities and major government contractors from spending on state/local politics has made the ballot as Proposal 2! But we haven’t won yet.The corporations benefiting from our current “pay to play” politics have millions to spend against our grassroots campaign. The good news? When people hear about MMOP, they’re excited to vote yes. Here’s how you can get involved!

Michigan Data Center Action NOW

Clean Water Action joined allies from Michigan Sierra Club, Michigan Climate Action Network, Michigan Environmental Justice Center, and Michiganders fighting data centers as tech workers and in their own backyard in Lansing in Lansing. The goal? To urge the legislature to take action before the end of the year and support a data center moratorium. Watch the full press conference and take action.
