"We've launched a bold new campaign called Empower NJ: No Fossil Fuel Projects. Join us as we call on Governor Murphy to lead on climate by enacting an emergency moratorium on all fossil fuel projects and a rapid and fair transition to 100% clean renewable energy.

New Jersey Municipal Resolution to oppose the proposed "Climate Superfund Act" which would impose liability on large fossil fuel companies for certain climate change related damages they caused instead of imposing all those costs on New Jersey taxpayers.
