If you’re voting in person, polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. Remember, if you are in line by 8 p.m., you can vote. You can find your location here.
If you’re voting by mail-in ballot, remember your ballot must be RECEIVED by your county’s election office by 8 p.m. TOMORROW. You can find a drop box near you by going here.
David Wecht - Heterosexual, Caucasian, male- David was previously elected to The Superior Court of Pennsylvania, where he served for 4 years. He was also a Judge on The Court of Common Pleas for Pennsylvania’s Fifth Judicial District for 9 years. Prior to taking the bench, he was twice elected as the Allegheny County Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphans’ Court. He also served on the faculties of the Duquesne University School of Law and the University of Pittsburgh. He was “Highly Recommended” by the Bar Association when she ran in for the PA Supreme Court in 2015.
Kevin Dougherty - Heterosexual, Caucasian, male- Kevin was previously elected and retained to the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, where he primarily served in the Family Court Division. He started his legal career as an assistant district attorney in Philadelphia and later went into private practice. He was “Recommended” by the Bar Association when she ran in for the PA Supreme Court in 2015.
Christine Donahue - Heterosexual, Caucasian, female- Christine was previously elected to The Superior Court of Pennsylvania where she served for eight years. She was a civil trial lawyer and litigator for 27 years. She was a shareholder in the law firm, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, P.C. and was the practice manager of the commercial litigation department in its predecessor firm, Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling, P.C. She also taught ethics for attorneys at the Duquesne University School of Law. She was “Highly Recommended” by the Bar Association when she ran in for the PA Supreme Court in 2015.
Corey O'Conner - With a history of public service, Corey currently serves as the Allegheny County Controller which he was elected to in 2022 and where he performed an audit on the county’s Clean Air Fund which used polluter fines to support community air projects. He previously handled community development for former Congressman Mike Doyle and was elected to Pittsburgh City Council in 2011, where he sponsored a forum and resolution seeing to improve air quality. His father was a long-time member of Pittsburgh City Council and served briefly as Mayor of Pittsburgh before dying while in office. We’ve previously endorsed him during his time on council.
